Join us for a five-day celebration featuring festive Irish specials alongside our full regular menus. From Guinness-braised classics to brunch-ready comfort, The Dawson brings bold flavor and a proper pour to St. Patrick’s Day weekend.
Parade Day Saturday kicks off early at 10AM with a roaming bagpiper, live DJ, and $30 bottomless mimosas to keep the energy high from brunch through the afternoon. Sunday keeps the celebration going with bottomless brunch and Irish favorites all day. On Tuesday, March 17, we’re raising a glass with one last round of specials.
Expect Corned Beef Hash at brunch, Guinness-braised corned beef sandwiches, Fish n’ Chips, Corned Beef & Cabbage, and short rib sliders stacked high. Behind the bar: Teeling Irish Whiskey cocktails, Advanced Irish Coffee, Irish Mules, and a proper pint of Guinness, plus Smithwick’s and Harp on deck.
